The patented “Feedback System” by Fast Track Tennis was created to empower people of all backgrounds to share in the rewards of tennis by making it easier, faster, less expensive and more fun to learn, practice, and play.

FastTrackTennis.net is the home of the Fast Track Tennis 1-2-3 Method — a structured, school-based curriculum designed to teach tennis to middle school students, especially in underserved communities. Using simplified mechanics and confidence-building progressions, our certified instructors guide students through thousands of real ball repetitions in a gym setting, with no court or prior experience required. The result is a fun, measurable and repeatable learning experience unlike anything else in youth tennis today.

Because tennis can be an expensive sport, we believe no motivated student should be left behind due to financial barriers. That’s why we proudly established Fast Track Tennis Foundation Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to providing deserving graduates of the 1-2-3 Method with financial assistance for equipment, transportation, training and tournament participation. Zina Garrison

Zina Garrison is a former standout American tennis player who played professionally from 1982 to 1997. She was a runner-up at the 1990 Wimbledon Championships and reached a career-high singles ranking of No. 4 in the world. She was a perennial Top 10 player for the entirety of her 15-year pro career and won a gold medal in women’s doubles and a bronze medal in women’s singles at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. In total, Garrison won 14 top-level singles titles and 20 doubles titles.

Born in Houston, Texas, Garrison is the youngest of seven children. She began playing tennis at age 10 and later won both the Wimbledon and US Open junior titles becoming the world’s No. 1 junior player. She also became the first African-American woman to reach a Grand Slam final since Althea Gibson in 1958.

After retiring from professional tennis, Garrison became a television commentator and has held active roles in the community and the tennis world. She founded the Zina Garrison Foundation for the Homeless and the Zina Garrison All-Court Tennis Program, which supports inner-city tennis in Houston. She also served as the captain for the U.S. Federation Cup team and led the U.S. women’s team at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, where Venus and Serena Williams won the gold medal in doubles.

John Davey is a self-taught tennis player and former standout #1 singles player on his NCAA Division 1 team. Aspiring to play professionally after college but slowed by injury, he refocused into a successful career on Wall Street before turning to entrepreneurship.

“After selling my last business, I was coaching for fun at a local club but I saw so many people getting discouraged by the steep and expensive learning curve. I could relate since my parents couldn’t afford tennis lessons so I had to teach myself by hitting against a wall. I started thinking about ways to make learning and practicing easier, less expensive and more fun, and Fast Track Tennis was born.”
